Although Super Services does not provide an in-house Audit Service, we can recommend an auditor to suit your client needs, if you do not already have one appointed.

All processing is undertaken by our onshore administration team.

You and your clients can access our portal on either personal computer or a smartphone app to view their:

Current fund value

Current and previous year contributions

Fund performance

Required and actual pension payments in a year

Bank transactions

Investment and accounting reports

Using our support services

We will meet with you and your team to ensure we understand the needs of your firm, and you are comfortable with the services we provide.

Super Services will provide a fixed-fee agreement with your practice, with prior negotiation based on volume and size of funds.

Your firm will be appointed a designated contact person to assist with your transition and ongoing administration requirement.

Our service includes all ethical letters and collection of existing Fund documentation, prior year accounts etc.  Once this documentation is received for each client, we will complete a document health check and review trust deeds, pensions and binding death benefit nominations and advise if any updates are required.

After each fund is established in our software, you and your client will receive an invitation to view their fund through our portal badged with your logo and name.  Similarly, all reports will carry your logo and name.
